How do I place an order?

Pick the product, choose color, scent, size and quantity, then tap "Add to cart". When you're done, open the cart and tap "Checkout": enter your shipping details and pay securely by card on the site.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. You can pay by credit or debit card directly on the site, securely. Payments are processed by Stripe and you receive the receipt by email.

Are the scents strong?

We aim for scents that are present but not invasive. Each product page notes whether it's mild, medium or intense. When in doubt, ask for a sample before a large order.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

The unscented line (white soap, pure butter) is suitable for sensitive skin. For others, we recommend a patch test on the elbow fold. If you have a known allergy to an essential oil, message us before buying and we'll confirm the formulation.

Can I return the packaging?

Yes — candle jars, tins and butter containers can be returned. For each container returned in good condition we discount 10% off your next purchase (stackable up to 30%).
