Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery, on unused products with original packaging.
What's eligible
- Unopened product with original packaging intact.
- Candles whose wick has not been lit.
- Soaps and oils with safety seal unbroken.
What's NOT eligible
- Personalized products (engraved or custom-blended scent).
- Sale items marked as final clearance.
- Partially used product — only factory-defect warranty applies.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We send the return guide (shipping cost paid by customer, except for defects). Once we receive and verify the product, we process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
